LambWorks Property Maintenance is operated by B & L Investments Pty Ltd trading as LambWorks (ABN 68 118 850 561), based in Morningside, Brisbane.
What we collect
When you send a maintenance request or ask for a callback, we collect the details you choose to provide. That can include your name, agency or company, phone number, email address, the property address, tenant contact details, a description of the maintenance, photos and work order documents.
Please only send tenant contact details where you are authorised to share them with us for arranging access.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, arrange access, carry out and document the work, and keep business records such as job completion records and invoices. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
We only share information where it is needed for the job. For example, with the property manager or owner the work is being done for, or where the law requires it. Website form submissions are delivered to us by email through our email service provider.
Storage and security
Submissions are stored in our business email and records and are kept for as long as we need them for the work and our record-keeping obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.
